All sales on our store are final. However, we do accept exchanges under special circumstances.
To be eligible for an exchange:
1. The item must be unused, in it's original condition, and in the original packaging.
2. You must request the exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.
Please note that exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items, or if you received the wrong item. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for the request. We will assess each case individually to determine if an exchange is possible.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
